We are seeking a Business Analyst familiar with Medicaid claim subrogation to work on a team for a long term project involving HIPAA, ICD, and NCPDP for Illinois state government in Springfield, IL. The Medicaid claim subrogation business analyst will gather and document requirements for the programming staff working on HIPAA 2.

Required expertise includes the following:
3 + years experience with HIPPA 4010 transaction set
Knowledge of the HIPAA 5010 transaction set.

3 + years experience with NCPDP 5.1 transaction set

3 + years experience with NCPDP Batch 1.1 transaction set

Knowledge of the NCPDP Medicaid Subrogation transaction Version 3.0 for Pharmacy claims

Knowledge of NCPDP Standard Implementation Guides: Telecommunication Version D.0.

1 year experience with Medicaid subrogation
3 + years experience working with users to define business requirements with the most recent experience being within the past 12 months.
3 + years experience serving as an interface between the developers and users to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
2 + years experience with MS Word, Excel and Project
2 + years experience with process flow diagrams with the most recent experience being within the past 12 months
3+ years familiarity and experience with mainframe development environments. Exposure to JES, TSO, IMS, DB2 and COBOL technologies.
3 + years familiarity and experience with WebSphere Transformation Extender (formerly Mercator) or equivalent maps and transformers
